California: Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: (1) Request access to certain personal information we have collected about you. (2) Request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you. (3) Opt out of the sale of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please complete the relevant portion of the form below. For more information about our privacy practices please review our California Privacy Right Act Notice.

Please note that personal information we collect about you in connection with your online account may be subject to different legal requirements and may not be included in our response to you through your use of this form. For details on the online account information we maintain about you, log on to your online banking to review your profile page and transaction details or contact your account representative. You may also call us toll-free at 1-888-585-4968 (our menu will prompt you through your request).

Please use the form below if you would like to make a request on your own behalf. If you would like to submit a request as an authorized agent on behalf of another individual, please email [email protected] and provide the details regarding your request.

Step 1: Please identify which privacy right(s) you would like to exercise.

Right to Access: You have the right to send Axos Financial a verifiable request, twice in a 12-month period, asking that we disclose to you the personal information Axos Financial has collected, used, disclosed and sold about you during the past 12 months. By selecting specific pieces of personal information Axos Financial has collected about you, you are required to sign a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are the individual whose information is provided above.
Right to Delete: You have the right to submit a verifiable request asking that Axos Financial delete certain personal information Axos Financial has collected from you, subject to certain exceptions as permitted by law.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information we collect on our websites, such as to enhance the ability to serve you content and advertisements that may be of interest to you.
