Activate Your Card

Congratulations on receiving your new Axos Premier debit card! Download the app then activate your card in three easy steps:

  • Log into the mobile app.
  • Select the Accounts tab then the corresponding account.
  • Choose the Debit Card tab and select Activate.

You can also activate your card via:

  • Log in to online banking.
  • SMS - text the following message to 23232: ACT + the last 4 digits of the card number + last 4 digits of your Social Security number. (Example: ACT 1234 4444).
  • Phone - call 1-877-308-5293 from the phone number we have on record.
