When do credit card payments post?
Payments received by 2:00 p.m. PT will be posted the same day. Payments received after 2:00 p.m. PT post the next business day (e.g. payment made after 2:00 p.m. PT on 7/28 will post on 7/29). Payments become available three business days after the payment is received (e.g. payment made on 7/28 is available on 7/31).
Can I make a payment on a cardholder account?
Yes, you can make a memo payment to a cardholder, providing additional spending availability. The payment will apply to the overall billing account but free up funds for the specific cardholder.
Does a payment made to the billing account free up cardholder availability?
Yes, payments to the billing account increase overall account availability, allowing cardholders to continue using their cards within their monthly limits.
Can I set up recurring payments?
Yes, you can schedule recurring payments for company-billed accounts.
Options include Minimum Payment, Account Balance, Statement Balance, or fixed payments (monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly). Only one recurring payment plan can be active at a time.
Can I request immediate credit for a payment made in eZBusiness?
To request a temporary increase, the eZBusiness administrator must contact Treasury Management Client Services (TMCS) and provide proof of payment.

Can I make a payment above the statement balance amount?
This requires manual processing by TMCS. Payments must be debited from an Axos Bank account. Once processed, the payment is automatically deducted from the specified account.
Can I increase the cardholder spend above the monthly company/billing account limit?
An eZBusiness administrator can contact the TMCS team to temporarily or permanently raise a cardholder's spend limit above the monthly company limit, allowing continued use for cardholders as payments are made to increase available credit.
When does the cardholder monthly spend limit reset?
The limit resets on the first day of the billing cycle.
Can I make a payment in eZBusiness once I have closed the card program?
No, once the card program has been closed, you can make a payment by one of the following:

Once I make a payment, can I later decide to cancel it?
Yes. Payments made in eZBusiness can be canceled in the portal until 2:00 p.m. PT on the same day. For manual payments, contact TMCS by 2:00 p.m. PT. Autopay cancellations must be requested at least three business days before the payment date.
Can I print or download my statements online?
Yes, statements can be downloaded from the eZBusiness portal.
Can I review my online payment history?
Yes, in the eZBusiness portal, navigate to Account Management > Search Payment to review and filter your payment history.
Does my password expire?
Yes, passwords must be changed every 90 days. Your account will lock after 50 days of inactivity.
