How long does it take for my funds to appear in my account?

Timing depends on how you fund: direct deposits post as soon as Axos receives them—often up to two days early. Mobile check deposits are typically available the next business day. External ACH transfers clear in one to three business days. Domestic wires credit the same business day when received before cutoff; international wires may add a day. Mailed checks post after receipt and standard processing. All availability follows Axos Funds Availability Policy.

Can I set up recurring transfers to fund my account automatically?

Yes. In online or mobile banking, select “Transfer Money,” link your external account, and set a recurring schedule for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom funding. Transfers move automatically via secure ACH, usually posting in one to three business days. You can modify or cancel at any time, and Axos charges no fees for domestic recurring transfers.

Is funding secure through the Axos Bank app or website?

Yes. Every transaction you initiate through the Axos app or website travels over 256-bit TLS encryption and is protected by multi-factor authentication, biometric login options, and continuous fraud monitoring. Axos also uses secure tokenization to safeguard account numbers and employs dedicated cyber-security teams that monitor systems around the clock. Your deposits remain FDIC-insured up to at least $250,000 per depositor.
