Andrew J. Micheletti

Andrew J. Micheletti joined Axos Bank in 2001 and served as Chief Financial Officer for two decades before transitioning to Executive Vice President, Finance, in September 2021. Mr. Micheletti brings extensive experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, and executive leadership across both banking and technology related industries.

Prior to joining Axos Bank, Mr. Micheletti was Vice President of Finance for TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc., an international provider of outsourced telecommunications and Internet services. He also served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at International Data Response Corporation following its acquisition by TeleSpectrum.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Micheletti was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of LPL Financial Services, a $300 million independent broker dealer with offices throughout the United States. Prior to joining LPL, he held multiple senior finance and reporting roles at Imperial Savings Association, a publicly traded financial institution. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served as auditor.


Mr. Micheletti is a licensed CPA (inactive) in California, holds various NASD securities and licenses, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.
