Brian Swanson

Brian Swanson serves as President of the Consumer Bank at Axos, where he leads end-to-end responsibility for our digital platform, strategy, operational excellence, execution and overall revenue growth. Since joining the company in 2010, he has held progressively senior roles across Consumer, Small Business and Commercial Lending, driving sustained growth through innovation, operational discipline and customer-focused solutions.

Prior to joining Axos, Mr. Swanson served as Vice President and Sales Leader in the Consumer Mortgage Division at Bank of America. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services, he has built a track record of leading sales, operations, digital transformation and revenue growth.

Mr. Swanson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Decision Systems from San Diego State University and an MBA in Operations Management from California State University, East Bay. He is also a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB).
